Very limited choice at breakfast. Room wasn't big enough and so was difficult to find a table at peak times. We had 3 rooms - two rooms were joining rooms. The one room in this only had a bath with a hand held shower so not great. On the last morning, the room with the shower had no water and so could not be used. There was an issue that had been reported the day before with the bathroom light flickering like a disco - nothing had been done. We reported the isuse at check out (the no water was the morning of checkout), reception staff were more interested in getting the city tax than the fact there had been no water. Was not interested at all, didn't apologise. She was more interested in talking to her colleague. On exiting the hotel through the main doors, there was a used condom on the lobby floor. Really not the image we wanted in our heads. Really poor. The used condom, and the lack of interest on the room having no water left a really poor opinion on the hotel.

Brilliant if you want a close location to the Prague SuperHalf expo, start and finish line ( if it remains the same each year). Very close to the shopping areas, trams and metro.

Great location. 2 minute walk to tram stop to get into the old town. Hotel very clean and staff very helpful, Marianne in particular at the reception.

Yhe room was clean and a deally good size. The breakfast buffet was really good with a great selcetion.the team also provided a oack up on our last day. last day. breakfast as we had a n earlh flufht on the last day.

Staff very helpful and infomative, very well attended dining area and reception. Room clealiness really good, non intrusive service. The location is great, tram stop just outside and local bars and eateries in abundance. Cool area, nicer staying here than central tourist area

nice hotel, good value, safe area with a decent sized room. only negatives where that there was no shower screen so after every shower the bathroom was flooded which was inconvenient. If im going to be picky the selection for breakfast was a little limited but otherwise it was a great stay and i would recommended it.

Lovely room. Staff very friendly. Good breakfast. Disappointed the lounge bar wasn't open, but you could have a drink in the Belcredi which was attached to the hotel. Had a Thai massage which was very good. A very pleasant stay.

Excellent hotel in excellent location. The street is noisy with trams every few minutes especially if you are on one of the first floors, but totally ok if you close the window.
