The staff is extremely courteous, especially the restaurant in the 9th floor. The property location is optimal as all the city attractions area nearby.

Beautiful neighborhood and very comfortable room for three people

Had a great stay. Things didn't start out well, but the front desk manager who I dealt with on the second day of our stay really went above and beyond to rectify our concerns. I'm just sorry I forgot his name (early shift Jan 2). Beakfast provided complimentary in response to our concerns was excellent. The restaurant staff offered superb service and I definitely would recommend this great breakfast overlooking Barcelona’s rooftops. I also want to shout out Expedia customer service. Mohit dealt with things very promptly and professionally on my behalf as we had to run off to a preplanned event just after check-in.

This place was so quiet! I had great sleep and was really able to enjoy the days touring Barcelona. Also, the hotel and my room were very tastefully designed and made the stay that much more enjoyable.

Room is big. Breakfast area is awesome. Nice view on 9th floor for breakfast. I love it. The fruits are amazing good and well prepared.

The hotel is located in a very good shopping and dining area. The interior is not maintained well and feels dated. There is an apartment building connected to the hotel and it gets noisy at times. The hotel did not give me the room I had booked and I was not happy.

Very convenient amidst the famous shopping street, lots of restaurants nearby and not too crowded with tourists

Love this property, staff is super kind and friendly, amenities and restaurant are nice and amazing location. It’s very quiet too compared to other nearby hotels. This will always be my go to hotel when in Barcelona ♥️

One of the best in the area! Great neighborhood with unique shops and local places to enjoy a meal. Even the hotel breakfast is a treat. You’ll leave happy & rejuvenated!

Fairly spacious room, largw bathroom. The AC turns off after a very short time so you wake up all sweaty and havw to go turn it on again multiple times throughout the night during the hot months.

The hotel was good. Standard and comfortable. The showers were designed to make a huge water mess. I believe our drain was a bit clogged

Everything about our stay met our expectations. WiFi was available but sometimes weak and intermittent…not a worry for us.

Everything was great except for the staff at room service who didn’t speak English and they kept hanging up my calls

Comfy large bed and room . Nice water pressure , central AC . Had everything needed and more Would definately stay here again
