Great location

The parking in an underground garage was a challenge. Arrived at a festival time so made worse.

Convenient location.

Good hotel. Parking difficult to find in all the traffic. Breakfast average. Very clean. Check in quick.

I’m a big fan of Zaragoza anyway but first time at this Hotel. Knew location well, first class.

Good stuff to walk to

Hotel centrally located. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Underground parking also included was also great to have.

The hotel is functional - not friendly. The poor desk reception employee was overwhelmed, working alone to handle a large number of guests. He could not assist with the basics and was frazzled. He was trying his best but the hotel is badly understaffed.

Hotel was close to everything- restaurants, shops, square, grocery/convenience store across the street. It was great that hotel allowed us to store our luggage while we were at an all-day tour.

We asked for an upgrade to a room with a terrace. 15€ extra a night but what a bargain. Bigger room and big terrace lovely and shaded so you could sit out anytime of day

The hotel itself is excellent, located near "El Tubo," the gastronomic district in Zaragoza. The hotel's breakfasts are excellent. I will definitely return to this hotel on my next trip.

Estrella at check in was very helpful. All front desk people were. Parking was close but streets were confusing. We were given a map that helped immensely. Beautiful lobby that had a huge window that gave you a street view to “people watch” or just read. :-)

The bed and pillows were very firm. Thankfully, we were only here for one night, or that might have created a problem: a large room and a large bathroom. It is a very walkable location with numerous shopping and restaurant options.

Hotel was lovely-as listed. However when we arrived with our service dog we were told that dogs are never allowed-not even service dogs. Since I had prepaid the res. and since I was able to show her the listing which showed that service animals were ok, they accommodated us. All else was great including the location which was close to everything.

Great location in a beautiful hotel. Wonderful shower pressure. Great price. Beds were a little hard but everything else was great.

This is a perfect location for tourists as everything is walkable. Our only complaint is that this property- like many other throughout Spain- turn hvac system off in the spring so you must open the thick sound-proof windows onto the noisy streets.
