Clean room, good bed. Outdated shower, made noise when on. Restaurant on site- below average food

This 2 bed/2 bath unit was bright and huge at 1600 sq ft. with 3 sets of French doors opening to mountain views, generous sized rooms, an outstanding master bathroom, good beds and linen. It had very large kitchen, ample cupboards and counter tops, a Sub Zero fridge, a cooktop and microwave, but otherwise it was poorly equipped which is a shame. For a unit that size there was no oven, not even a teapot or a single serving dish or a blender. I’ve had far better equipped kitchens in 3 star studio units in other Whistler properties. It’s better suited for takeout or preparing simple food rather than preparing your own meals.

The property was nice but service cold and unfriendly. Mentioned the stay was for a birthday celebration, the front desk person that checked us in didn’t even say happy birthday. I also mentioned I was a Hilton Honours member, no recognition of that either, only to see a sign at the other check in/out desk the day after (already at checkout), that welcome drinks are offered for members. Really poor service overall.

Plan to have fun. Staff was very helpful.

The staff was extremely helpful and considerate I would recommend staying here and I would consider staying here again. The only downside is that the shower in my room squealed.

We stayed with girlfriends during our girls trip. We booked for a one bedroom suite, but upgraded to two bedroom suite, with a beautiful view of the mountain side. The room was so spacious and clean, well stacked with amenities. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. overall, we had an amazing day in the hotel and in Whistler.

Our room was really dirty. Bathroom flooded, there was pink mould in the bathtub and walls. Kitchen cupboards had black stuff on it, stove top and sink had visible dust on it. The staff were wonderful though, we didnt feel the need to complain since we were there a night but certainly was a terrible experience.

Helpful staff, spacious room, good location

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel and staff were truly exceptional, Chris especially made our day with his kindness and attention. We were lucky to have a beautiful mountain view, and our king-size room with a sofa and fireplace made the experience even more comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast was excellent, and both the valet and bellman teams were professional and welcoming, especially Tom. The management clearly runs a great operation, everything felt seamless. The location is perfect as well, with plenty of shops nearby and easy walking access to the gondola. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you !

We had an amazing stay. The pool was awesome and the staff were warm, welcoming, and wonderful! The room was incredible.

Well my room was really dated. The colour of paint was really dark. The fireplace was absolutely beautiful. The bed was extremely comfy. The Jaquzi is amazing. Just found it was expensive for what u got.

We enjoyed out stay at this property. Its very close to the slopes and all the dining! Staff was excellent and wend above and beyond. Was a good price to quality ratio for us.
