Really great hotel and staff. Great grounds service and dining

This has been my favorite property in Salvador Brazil for many years. Unfortunately. This place is turning to any other high end hotel. They have modernized it so it looks more like a resort. However, they have kept the animals, lagoon, and the nature hike. There are monkeys in the trees, coconut trees, etc. the best thing about this place is the continental breakfast! The best breakfast I’ve ever had!

The room was okay, it could be better for the price and the advertising. I was very disappointed with their accommodation; I had a 6:00 pm international flight and I was denied a late checkout ( the hotel was not packed, it had open availability) Be aware that they charge the staying by person; not by room. I made a reservation for 2 bedrooms, but somehow when I arrived for a check-in, they told me that I would have to pay extra because the reservation shows that it was made for 3 people NOT four. Even though I reserved 2 rooms ( for 2 people each) and didn’t meter, I had to pay extra for an additional person. I did of course, but I don’t think it was fair, and they should disclose it on their website; that the hotel charges by the number of people in the room. I won’t be back and will not recommend it to anyone.

People at reception were super welcome and helpful. Everything else is nice too. The balcony is super cool with beautiful view.

Nice garden and food options

The property was super clean, friendly and very accommodating staff, quiet, provided abundant and delicious breakfast (a huge spread of healthy food and decadent options), beautiful pool and grounds, excellent gym, play areas for kids, hang out areas for teens with table tennis and pool table, beautiful decor. It was like a Spa experience for the family. Pets are allowed!

Ótimo hotel. Limpinho e com Bom tamanho o quarto.

All staff were good.

Property is very clean , the restaurants are amazing.

Service is second to none. Excellent food. There are a few improvements I'd suggest: better entertainment (pool activities very poor, no volleyball court, no live music qt the bar, cpuld be piano or voice and guitar). Check in and check out need more agility.

Hotel has several family friendly amenities, but is far from historical city center.
