I went to check in around 2:30 am after 5 hours of driving. I was extremely tired and wanted rest. I went to my room, the key didn’t work. I had a lot of luggage with me and had to tote it back down stairs. Told the front desk. She went up to check and told me to wait down stairs. She told me all was good just for me to go back up and get again my new keys didn’t work. Again back down with my luggage. She assigned me a new room. Well the new room had one night assigned to it so when I left during the next day, my key once again didn’t let me in room. The room smelled so bad of mold, my AC Kept making noises as if it was rising out side. I really want a refund on this terrible experience. I’ve never had a bad experience with a hotel.
