We were very pleased with our five day stay , our room was looking tired , but was told it was going to be renovated , very clean, beautiful hot water , comfy bed . The staff were lovely and helpful. Great position for walking to the wharf and town .. courtesy buses made it easy to move around. We are looking forward to returning.

Close to every thing

Perfect location, easy for parking and can walk everywhere. Being located right next to the American on a weekend was terrible for noise though, with DJs and live bands playing until 2am it really soured our experience.

What staff? Saw no one, spoke to no one, as key was under my mat. Had noisy neighbours, who may have lived in a cave, as they yelled constantly until 10pm. Grateful for a good meal at American Hotel adjacent (who had people of excellent service!). Nice bed at Niebro. Great breakfast at Essen with nice discount’, thanks Niebro. Will stay again next time

The room was clean and the position in town brilliant.

the arrangements for after hours arrival were unorganised and poorly communicated. It can be very simple. If the motel were to contact me direct I could explain a really simple method. Up to you though.

Room was not cleaned well however bathroom was clean. Poor customer service for arrival as a text message sent and no one called as check in closed early. A lot of noise from hotels nearby late into the night.

Very convenient location, quiet and family friendly. Everything is walking distance from tbe Motel, and though the facilities are older, they were clean, comfortable and well organised.

Basic, clean, safe motel just around the corner from a great pub, The American. Close to the city centre and river activities. We will sure stay there again.

Reception is not at the motel, rather at the cafe in High Street. Greeted straight away as I walked into the cafe, friendly service, all my options explained clearly like dinner at the American hotel, which offered great beer and Y steak.

Room was very clean and had all the amenities that I needed. Unfortunately, guest in other room disturbed my sleep throughout the entire night. This was the lack of courtesy and no fault the management.

The motel was clean tidy. Room was quite and well appointed. Near many resturants, shops, mcdonalds, subway and beachworth bakery. The onsite resturant had excellent food coffee for breakfast. I did find the checkin in the back of the resturant a bit odd but functional.
