Sheets stained on 1 bed, other bed had damp sheets. No pillow case on 1 pillow. Asked to have sheets changed was told no maid service on duty and no extra rooms. Asked for refund and went to Holiday Inn.

It took quite a while to get service at the counter. I was asked to fill out a form without explanation. The hotel halls and room had an unpleasant odor. The refrigerator made noises. The sheets were stained and damp. When I asked to have the sheets changed I was told no house keeping was available nor were other rooms. We requested a refund and left.

Bed was lumpy & hallways smelled like over-perfumed attempt to cover cigarette/pot smoke. Room did not smell, just the hallways.

Very nice people, easy check in and very clean room. Quiet building

The room didn't have a phone and it smelled like cigarettes. When i called the front desk (from my cell phone) all that she could offer me was an air freshener for the room. After I got off the phone i realized that the tv didn't work so i went to the front desk. Again I was offered an air freshener and told that there was nothing more she could do.

Was not able to check in due to hotel over booking and spent an hours and a half looking for another reservation

I tried to check in and wasn’t allow due to not having a physical ID but a picture. And they decided to still keep my money instead of return it.

Bedsheets and pillowcases were dirty and smelling bad, staff haven’t react immediately so frustrated

Will never comeback to this location. Dirty, smelly, and water leaking from ceilings. Outlets in rooms don’t work.
