First room was dirty and lights didn’t work. It wasn’t even clean. We saw other peoples belongings in the room. We went to the 2nd room which was better but the futon had stains all over it. Was absolutely disgusting. The smell was horrible. Mildew carpet, and stale cigg smell Carpet nasty asf! The furniture was beat TF up. Stains on the walls. I was disappointed.

Needs a little update. Questionable white stains on couches. One of the lamps didn’t work.

All was good. A much better stay than what I experienced in Dallas. Only thing was a god that howled for hours but after talking to front desk, they took care of it

Room was dirty upon arrival. Management told us that no one was available to clean the room. Left and got a hotel down the road.

Worst hotel I have ever been. Very dirty room , smells like cigarettes and weed,dirty rugs (very stinky). Very deteriorated furniture and bathroom.

AC didn't seem to be working properly.

We came for my daughter's Naval boot camp graduation. This was 5 minutes from the base, and the staff was exceptional. I felt very welcome, and it was a very warm and happy environment. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone.

We had a couple of small issues in our room. Our entire floor does not smell good though the AC heat unit on the window was duct tape together and I didn’t feel safe turning it off or on

I had a great experience at the Sonesta. The location is very convenient—right across the street from shops and dining options, which made it easy to grab anything I needed. The room had a modern feel and the bed was super comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. I also appreciated the free and easy parking—definitely a plus in the Chicago area. The only downside was the recliner in the room; it wasn’t very comfortable, but that was a minor issue overall. I’d definitely stay here again!

Breakfast could have offered fresh on a consistent timing by the time I came for breakfast the food was gone and old as I was eating a waffle all station was cleaned up before I was finished no one offered if I needed anything before stuff was put away no variety

The space was lovely, staff was very friendly. The only issue I have was that the room smelled old or maybe funky idk and the things I needed I had to get from the front desk. For my own piece of mind I had to do rough wipe of all the surfaces but overall the room was very nice. I couldn't use the tv since it said no signal. Quiet and serene place with everything in a good distance and beautiful view.
