Not bad, but it is ok

My plane was late when I arrived there was a sign that new hours the reception is closed at 12. I could not check in and when I called property no one answered?

Great 1-night stay. Clean, spacious room with kitchen area (full-size fridge, stovetop, sink, countertop space). Check-in and checkout was simple. Friendly staff

One of the more run down extended stay americas we’ve stayed in. Lots of wear in the rooms. The location is good, but the other guests seem to be a bit rough around the edges. We came back around 11pm to a few cars parked in the parking lot playing music from their speakers with about 10-15 people standing around enjoying beverages. It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t very good either. The staff was great, but the condition of the property and the noise associated with it would keep us from staying here again.

Clean, neat and comfortable. Basic room, no frills. The hotel is set back in a forest area next to residential area. No big sign at entrance (probably code requirement), only a small sign with the logo.

Older place. Friendly staff. Minimal breakfast. Good location.

My stay was ok but the room wasn’t clean, the fridge wasn’t clean , and using old ice trays is crazy. Tv was too small for the room size. The air conditioner was undersized for the room. The staff wasn’t friendly, and when I checked out there was no receipt for me. Hope you decide to improve these things for future customers

Old and dated but you get what you pay for. Staff was very nice.

My girl friend and I were visiting the area for a concert, and really enjoyed the location of this location, as well as the home feeling we received when we were welcomed to the hotel by the staff member. The room was a tad bit out dated, paint scrapings off the wall, and the toilet button kept getting stuck. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay!!

Sidiki was great, funny, and very professional!

Small bed. Poor breakfast instant oatmeal and packaged muffin.

Computer system was down when I first tried to check in. It happens. Desk clerk seemed dismissive. Later in the evening the clerk couldn’t have been nicer.
