Room was beautiful. Nothing to cook hot water, no coffee machine no microwave. Can't make coffee can't make baby formula. The mini fridge was very full, can't put anything inside, and if anything moves even accidentally the censor would turn on and the price will be added to our bill. So be very careful. Not recommend for family.

The journey from the front desk to the room was very far and had to be changed twice, there were no coffee or tea facilities and a hot water cooker, when I was asked to get 9 dollars cash.

I lost my bags and asked for notification letter but they didn't give me and ask to contact other departments. they seems don't want to help me

The room is big, but the hotel is very crowded. You can hear noises from the room next door.

What star hotel does not provide cooking kettle, no toilet amenities.

The hotel decorate and feel is good but it is need to renovate. A lot of the thing in the hotels need to improve. They didn't give you the coffee and tea in room.

This hotel is luxury but lack of facility in the room like hot water jug, free drink, tea, coffee etc.

In Vegas you can choose all types of hotels with theme, the Paris, New York, Circus etc and we chose Venetian because it was conveniently located right in the middle and has all the facilities we are looking for (free valet, shopping malls, restaurant attached and big rooms) also we got a good price for the rooms so it was totally worth it, only downside is that because of the size of the hotel, it was really far to get from the lobby to the room so when you forgot to bring something it’s a bit hassle to walk that far.
