Room smelled. Bed was sagging. But it was fine for one night after the Cowboys game. Kitchen was convenient.

I was impressed by how clean and fresh the room was. The whole stay was nice. The price was the best in the area.

Convenient to where I needed to go. Only thing I didn’t like was the $5 a day parking. Already paying for stay shouldn’t have to pay for parking too.

Prior to my arrival, I made multiple calls to the hotel requesting an early check-in, but all requests were denied. I informed the front desk that I would be arriving later in the evening after attending a football game. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was informed that my reserved room had been given away. As a result, I was left with no choice but to find alternative accommodations at another hotel for the night.

My stay was great. Quiet industrial area. Hotel clean and staff was very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable

I was very impressed by the service of the staff. I dealt mostly with Lori, who was so incredibly nice. She remembered names and was very helpful. Other staff members were also very kind. Great location for Att stadium events. No "frills" but great location, clean and kind. Would definitely stay again.

Room smelled like smoke upon check in. Requested a different room but they said there was no availability. Sheets and towels smelled liked cigarette smoke. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel despite the moderate rate.

For the price, it needed to be updated badly. I went to check in at 3 pm and they charged 25$ more for " early check in". Total rip off. The heat blasted all night and I had no control over it. It was like sleeping in an inferno. It was awful.

Internet is slow. 5mb? That’s 2003 speeds. It’s 2025 now. No caffeinated coffee. The staff told me it was caffeinated, but it CLEARLY said it was decaffeinated on the label. Staff was polite overall, but stay was just OK.

Great place for a short term stay

Did not clean or adjust our room at all.

Didn’t realize it was in a mainly industrial area. I would have liked more places within walking distance.

Would not let us check in early. Still haven’t checked in. At Cotton Bowl.

Location was great for food , entertainment and attractions

Amazing overall

Like the fact that the rooms have a kitchenette with supplied dishes and silverware for 2. Limited pots and pans.bathroom needs some repairs.Towel bar fell off the wall when you remove the towel. Television was older and fading. And the BIGGEST thing was we had to pay for parking...at a hotel we PAID for. I have NEVER paid extra for parking in 50 years of travel. Hotel wasn't terrible but that alone would warrant never staying there again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Facilities were well kept!!

Staff were fantastic!!!!! Rooms were clean and updated. General hotel is a bit dated but the rooms are well updated.
