I really like the hotel. I'm feeling welcome here. Receptionist is incredibly nice and helpful. I would like to spend more time here. Breakfast is on good hotel level. 5 star :)

Nice hotell. Room very god. Pool and sauna, a lot of fun but a bit cold waater and only 30 min slots. That is a bit short.

Beds were not comfy. With every turn, you hear these squeaking sounds. Couldn't sleep because of it. The changing rooms (pool area) could use some cleaning. Reception service was good. We celebrated our friends birthday and she was welcoming and helping.

This is a standard Scandic hotel. You know what you get. Neither is it particularly excellent and nor is especially bad. Breakfast has a good choice. Staff is plentiful. Check in is fast efficient. Good local knowledge from the staff. A lot of younger persons / kids makes it a kind of family hotel . Nothing wrong with that. But if you’re looking for something for couples , romantic don’t look here .

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at what I can only describe as the worst hotel ever. My stay was marred by numerous issues, the most significant of which was the unbearable heat in the room. Shockingly, there was no air conditioning available, and when I brought this concern to the attention of the receptionist, I was met with a dismissive response, as if it was a trivial matter. It is important for potential guests to be aware of this significant flaw, as it made my stay extremely uncomfortable and virtually sleepless. Furthermore, the lack of attention to cleanliness in the room was appalling. The room cleaner clearly did not perform their duties properly. The room was unkempt. It was evident that thorough cleaning had not taken place in quite some time. This neglect only added to the overall dissatisfaction and disappointment I experienced during my stay. I understand that not all hotels can provide a luxurious experience, but basic amenities such as air conditioning and cleanliness should be a given. I found it utterly unacceptable that the hotel management showed a complete lack of concern for their guests' comfort and well-being. It is vital that they address these issues promptly and make significant improvements to their facilities and services. I strongly advise potential guests to consider other options before choosing this hotel. The lack of air conditioning and the subpar cleaning services are just a couple of the many problems you might encounter here. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment, and look elsewhere for accommodation that prioritizes guest satisfaction.
