The staff from concierge to the front desk staff to the restaurant staff were incredible. I was disappointed that the room did not have a refrigerator. The door to the room was misaligned and difficult to open and close. The HVAC unit did not communicate with the remote control. The elevator did not stop exactly with the floors creating a tripping hazard and difficult to enter with anything having wheels.

The room was spotless. Staff were attentive and gave us the best experience. I definitely recommend the intercontinental in Puebla.

El hotel y sus áreas comunes están muy bonitas, pero los cuartos están en proceso de remodelación entonces hay algunos con muchas deficiencias. En nuestro caso el cuarto era muy frío y en las mañanas se nos iba la electricidad. El personal fue muy amable y busco siempre dar una solución. El restaurante español del lobby muy rico y el desayuno del lounge también.

We stayed here as a family of three in a king room with a sleeper sofa. While the sofa bed was unfortunately uncomfortable—you could feel the springs—it was manageable for a short stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. Having a car rental on site was extremely convenient, and it was easy to get Ubers to and from the center of town, which was only about 10–15 minutes away. The breakfast buffet was excellent and a real highlight of our stay. Overall, a good experience, though the sofa bed could definitely use an upgrade.

Intercontinental is like a resort in the city, nice heated outdoor pool, Gym, Spa and a cozy lobby bar. Service stands out as well as the well served breakfast buffet. Thumbs Up !
