I traveled with my wife and 12 yoa son. We loved how the rooms were spacious and also how the staff was very accommodating. A few issues we noticed was the our room didn’t have a mini fridge and the couple we travelled with had one in theirs. Also, we had to ask for additional towels because our room had two when it was for up to four people. Other than that, we had no issues.

The staff at the property were wonderful and helpful. The hotel itself is a little older but the location is amazing. Quiet stay even though our room faced Juarez.

The mini fridge was broken

Not impressed. Old towels and old hotel. Doesn’t really offer much of anything except a great service

Los viernes por las noches circulan cientos de motociclistas por la Avenida Juárez, y hacen un ruido excesivo, no dejan dormir.

Love that hotel, we stay there every single time we go to GDL i just dont like that the tour van we rent for our big group of 17 doesn’t fit in the hotel parking and theres not other options for us like the hotel having a contract with another parking places where we could take it, so we have to go park it very far than get an uber or taxi back

The overall experience was good a convenient hotel close to downtown easy access to down historical Guadalajara spot
