It was a great experience. We were there to attend a family reunion. The hotel is very clean, the room are very specious and the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Everything was just perfext

The hotel is very comfortable, spacious, with wonderful internet service, and a staff that is short of being super heroes. All the amenities provided by the hotel were great, and met all my needs. Also, the staff, from the receptionist to the maintenance staff were marvelous. They provided us with an early check in, gave us a warm welcome to the city, and always pointed us to the places we needed to go even calling cabs and telling us what were the rates we were to expect so we didn’t get scammed. I am truly satisfied to have stayed at this hotel and would greatly recommend.

Very friendly staff

The first day when we check in the toiilet in our room didn’t work so they had to give us another room. Then in the second room the noise from downstairs was so loud we couldn’t sleep at all. Besides that the restaurant food and the location of the hotel is pretty good.

Hotel is well located, is clean... Frontdesk team is friendly. Restaurant is limited, the breakfast lasts until 1pm and if you want to have lunch before 2pm there are no options, staff at restaurant was very rude, disappointing how they replied back when asked about the times, since there was a difference from what the hostess said, vs another person at restaurant vs frontdesk.. we ended going out to get lunch at 1pm instead and they lost two customers.
