. Smooths experience; I am def going back again

As always the staff are brilliant, from front desk to the bar & restaurant. Friendly, helpful & a pleasure to deal with. The rooms are at best functional, for some reason we had an accessible room, although as I couldn't sit straight on the toilet due to the proximity of the wash basin I don't know how that works. Also had no hot water when I went to have my shower in the morning. Unfortunately due to the convenience of the hotel with the Racecourse, it will always be occupied, regardless of how bad the rooms get 😕

Actual room was ok, but not the bathroom. Lift wasn’t always working No staff on reception or bar Wouldn’t stay again Have tried to complain but my emails have been undeliverable

We only had an enjoyable short stay and would happily return when an opportunity arises.

Very clean room, perfect. Staff are brilliant so polite and friendly. Loads of parking facilities. Did not have breakfast so can not comment

This is a nice hotel, situated within the racecourse. We stayed during very hot weather and the whole building was lovely and cool. The room was a good size and clean. We stayed as a family of 4, the room hadn't been set up to accommodate for that - we only had two towels and no bedding for the pull out - but when we contacted reception this was resolved very quickly. The only thing I think really needs improvement is breakfast, there was hot food and toast but it would be nice to have more choice of fruit/nuts/seeds/granola. But what was there was OK and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. We would recommended to others and I would use again if we were in the area!

Great location right next to the racecourse with a view over the paddock. So quiet overnight- I would stay here even if I wasn’t going to the races. Great buffet breakfast and staff were all friendly and helpful

Good parking space, breakfast was good, the facilities were clean

It was a very good experience and the staff were very professional

Staff was wonderful. Stayed on a night of racing which led to things being fairly loud until 10pm. Great location though.

Generally fine couldn’t provide a sandwich on Saturday evening.
