This property is okay, and it was just a place to sleep for the night. However, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom was not great. First, the top most sheet had a mysterious brownish stain on it, so we took that off the bed and left it. Then, the bathroom shower had a couple used soap bars in it that were never cleaned out, so it makes you wonder if it was actually cleaned. Finally, there were bugs all over the room. I’m not sure what bugs they were, but they kept skittering away on the nightstands. I was able to kill a few before I just gave up on looking. This doesn't include the cockroaches in the stair wells, and the fact that the elevator was broken during our stay.

all was fine except for the first night. we were on the 1st floor and from 3am - 4am, a delivery truck was literally outside our window. an hour of loud crashing noises and people yelling. i know sometimes deliveries get delayed but come on, man. it's a hotel at 3am and you're parked outside the rooms. there had to be a quieter way to go about it.

Staff was sufficient in checking us in. Parking lot was full of semi trucks taking up more than 10 spots each. The room was large and fairly clean but smelled like smoke and all the linens on the bed smelled like they had not been washed. Requested new sheets that were brought to us and we remade the bed ourselves. There were no other rooms available in the hotel or neighboring hotels, or we would not have stayed.

We were very happy with our accommodations. The one thing we didn't like was that the curtains and shades were stationary. We couldn't block out the lights.

Our stay was uneventful. The property was quiet and in a safe area.

Close to the highway, and everything we needed for an overnight stay.

Very clean and comfortable

The room was very clean and spacious. This is a great location if you are in town for a show at Ruoff. Staff was friendly as well.

Comfortable beds. I am glad i brought my own pillows. Nice space. Breakfast could have been better.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and clean. The breakfast left a lot to be desired.

We were late to check in and it seemed like staff at desk were not real happy. Room was set to 68 and it did not seem to hold temp and the room seemed very humid. Morning staff was really nice. There were cracked flooring panels.

We stayed two nights and didn't spend much time at the hotel. Breakfast was good. Pool was clean.

Room was as described and clean. Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom in the king suite.
