The property was old and not very clean.

The staff was friendly. property was old, smelly and loud. Near expressway heard trucks all night, constant loud fan running in the bathroom that could not be turned off, clock was old and made a buzzing noise, air condition unit was loud. curtains were old and did not close properly allowing light from parking lot lamp near by to light up room and bed was uncomforatable but clean

The refrigerator in the room had an awful smell. And the grass could have been cut. Other than that very friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay very much

The bed was uncomfortable to sleep on. Sheets looked dirty. Food left in the refrigerator. Bathroom looked like no one cleaned it. Tub looked nasty. There was a cockroach under the desk.

Nice hotel. Breakfast is ok not great.

No smile or even a greeting from desk clerk when we entered. He was not friendly at all and the room is not nearly as nice as the one we had here last time. This stay was a disappointment, and we’ll be trying somewhere else next time we come to visit family here. Tub was loose and creaked, bed squeaked, too.

The front desk manager was absolutely lovely. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Will stay again.

Fine for sleeping which is all we did. Late night check in was easy and staff was friendly and informative. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was missing some of the main items like eggs, staff informed they were out of stock.

Traveling from Durham back to Asheville, enjoyed my stay here
