We arrived late after leaving an awful hotel .. It was a lifesaver clean safe friendly .

The entire property was very clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was quiet, comfortable, and clean. The mattresses were comfortable. The breakfast was very good.

Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is petty, but breakfast buffet was weak. Coffee was flavorless (I drink it straight black) eggs were very watery and flavorless, cinnamon rolls (which are usually awesome) were hard/crusty and it you took the kids off the other ones they were wet/mushy. Staff however were awesome, rooms clean but bathroom could have been cleaned better, but they were quiet(maybe because we were at end of hall) but when we checked in, the gentleman asked if we were rewards members, told him no, he asked if he could sign us up, told him sure and he did it all for me! Checking out the next am, and staff was great as well. Probably would find a different place if we didn't need this based on price... 214 for 1 night was steep, maybe that's the new normal, don't know. I liked how there was a safe in the room, even though we didn't need it, and a Keurig, microwave, and fridge as well!

The location is fantastic particularly if the goal is to be near highly useful shopping, highways that are within minutes of the hotel and where not wasting time is helpful. The Holiday Inn Express and Suites are a known, high-quality entity in that the facilities are always attractive, well laid out, generally include breakfast and often have the highest number of desirable features and amenities. The staff are always professional and eager to help and the policies are generally at least as reasonable as any other choice for travellers.

Overall, the hotel was nice, clean, and up-to-date. The staff we encountered were friendly. The only downsides were that the a/c wasn’t great. It seems like you can set the thermostat to whatever you want, but it’s going to stay at a constant temp no matter what. The breakfast also wasn’t the best quality. Lot’s of options though.

Check in was easy. Room well cleaned. Breakfast was great.

I would stay here again. Room was clean and up to date. Breakfast was excellent. It was convenient location for my job.
