This place is disgustingly filthy. I made a complaint with the Denver health department. Exterior hallways, walls and especially areas around the elevator look like they have never been cleaned since the hotel was built. Trash bags and trash was piled up and never addressed for the 4 days I stayed there. There was a really big pile right in front of the office the whole time I was there. After walking around in my room in my socks the first evening I noticed when I took them off they were really dirty on the bottom. There were stains on the bottom sheet that was on my bed. I talked to a police officer that kept driving around the building and was told that there was a lot of drug activity at this facility and auto theft. Saturday morning noticed homeless person camping out in their car at the back end of the parking lot. If I hadn’t paid for the room on line in full I would have left before I ever got into the office. I’ve never seen such filth at any facility. I have stayed at other Red roof hotels and they were okay for a low cost hotel, but the Glendale/ cherry creek facility is not a healthy place.

There were stains on the bedding. The kitchen had basically no dishes or utensils. I arrived just 15 minutes early for check-in and was made to wait until 3:00pm exactly before the list of available rooms was released to the front desk staff. There were 2 other guests that came after me and they also had to wait. Not a great workflow process at front desk.

Didn’t like anything… 1st room was not clean, 2nd room light switches didn’t work in bathroom. Toilet was at an angle due to water damaged sub flooring. A/C work great and the beds were semi comfortable. Did not have 24hr front desk. Apparently, this property has people living in some units as well.

The front desk clerk was rude. Someone had broken into our room before we even got to the room. They attempted to replace that room with a room with a single double bed, but I had paid for a room with two double beds. The entire building was in total disrepair and almost all of the security measures, like strike plates on the doors, were broken off.

If we could rate zero stars we would. Non smoking room filled with pot and cigarette smoke from rooms beside and below us. Afraid to use stair rails handles for fear of contracting Hep B, and dont step in piss puddles on floor in stair wells. Mattress had indications of bed bugs and blood stains you could see through the thread bare sheet, and no matttress cover. Only thing clean was the microwave. Checked out within 30 minutes of checking in with the front desk teenager appalled that we expected something better. Still trying to get a refund through travel insurance or Expedia. Dont let the pictures fool you that are on the website. These are what we encountered.

Stains on Sheets / bedding. Stains on towels, Staff was RUDE and spoke to each other about their upcoming weekend instead of promptly helping the two people in line. ZERO like "home" . Attempted to book another hotel after one night, sold out in surrounding area due to graduation. Not again, thought I would save some money, my learning experience to say the least.

This is the sketchiest place I’ve ever stayed. We weee work up repeatedly with yelling and fighting. Also with marijuana being smoked very near to the room so that it was making us feel nauseated. The bathroom door would not close AT ALL. Wide open. The comforters and the rest of the room was NOT clean. We got up and left at 6:00 am because the e couldn’t stand to be there abt longer. It should not be rented. It was absolutely awful.

When I arrived the room was dirty I requested a room and it does pan and the mop so I could clean it. There were dead bugs on the floor and it was extremely Dusty. After my long drive I was not able to take a shower because I was waiting for hotel staff to bring me a broom and dustpan as well as mop. After returning to the office three times to request these items and then ask for towels I got on my hands knees and cleaned the floor. The staff did not care whether or not I arrived to a clean room and were unwilling to expedite any services. The front desk staff was rude and abrasive. And didn't seem to care to offer any great customer service. Despite the affordability of the room it would be nice to be greeted by a staff who care. Paint was chipped on the wall and walls were very dirty. I guess you get what you pay for.

Worst experience, place was so dirty. Please do not stay here. Looks like they rent a lot to homeless people. You can hear people fighting outside the rooms. We had trouble opening the door every single time and had to change keys. Worst of the worst. You can find better hotels for the same amount of money.

I bought a room through Expedia 2 hours before showing up. I got confirmation and a receipt from Expedia. When I showed up 2 hours later, I was told I didn’t have a room and they could do nothing for me. Mind you this was at 10:45pm. Will not be using Expedia to book stays or won’t look at Hometown Suites when in Denver area.
