Waited for over an hour outside in the cold while waiting for pick-up. Was repeatedly told that van was 5 minutes away when in fact it had lot been sent because of lack of a driver. Had they told me the truth, I would have just taken a taxi.

No food service between 10 and 4. Great shuttle service to airport.Friendly staff, a great hotel.

The proximity and the breakfast option for the price point is what brought us here. The check in and check out where both easy. We ending up renting a car for the price of an Uber back and forth to the airport. We did not get charged a parking fee but we went during the month of February, so it was low season. That extra cost savings was a nice surprise. Overall cleanliness was good as well. We would definitely consider staying there again.

From airport pick-up to airport departure, all staff were courteous , helpful, professional, and efficient. We had a great made to order breakfast.

Just a quick overnight stay to catch our flight in the morning. It has a restaurant which is a plus. And shuttle to airport.

The place was clean quiet and great staff but the view fro Our room was not expected first night view was of cars that had been in serious accidents second view was of a homeless camp. Than someone forgot to turn off the tap in the pool and the whole area was flooded! Travel is interesting!

Fire alarm went off at 11:00 pm. (No fire it turned out) The back stairs exit was so well built with easy to hold guard rails descending floor after floor. Elderly people were half asleep but the safety features of the guard rails on both sides meant everyone got out safely. False alarm but I was very impressed with this safety feature ! Restaurant food very good and staff very cheerful and helpful. Food was not warm enough at breakfast buffet—lukewarm eggs and lukewarm oatmeal—but that was minor in comparison with the excellent staff and safety features.

Very nice, comfortable room. Very nice bed, clean, well appointed. Nice, friendly staff. Excellent shuttle service to YYC. Nice dining options, good food, with reasonable pricing for a hotel.
