First of all I waited over twenty minutes for someone to come check me in at around 7pm. We were not given the room I booked, I was given a loft, not the family room with bedroom. Once we got in the room the first thing that hits you is the smell, like it had been smoked in for 40 years and it was so strong all of our stuff would have stunk. Neither bathroom door acutally closed, no closet doors, no bedding for the pull out other than a little blanket, there was a homeless person sitting outside and another guest smoking weed right outside our door and another smoking a joint a few doors down from ours. The countertops had not even been wiped down. Needless to say this hotel is a dive, we never even unpacked, just checked out immmedialtey and went to another hotel. The lobby and restuarant looked nice but that is all.

There was a bed bug in my bed, it was crawling on the pillow i wasnt using. I was terrified

Room was clean, restaurant was good and great service in there, front desk lady at check in was questionable, very abrupt, not much of a personality and when we put the empty coffee pot on the desk for her so maybe she’d make more coffee she just put back on coffee station empty

Wonderful executive king room with huge jacuzzi! Room was clean and staff friendly. Pool was warm and thoroughly enjoyed.

Staff neglected to remove people drinking and vaping in pool area and parking lot edges were not cleaned. Very dangerous trying to make your way over this mound of ice and snow. Easily could fall and get hurt. Room was great but these issues made for a lower rating.

There were people drinking alcohol and vaping in the pool area. It took staff over an hour to do anything about it after it was reported. At that it wasn’t staff that told these people to leave the pool area. They made the area feel unsafe and unpleasant to be in. The rest of the stay was great but because staff would not deal with these 30 something year old men in the pool area it significantly decreased my rating.

Rooms were much nicer then we expected. They were very spacious and we will def stay there again
