Parking is public and entry is difficult to ID. No elevators to get luggage to car from parking. The worst was the paper/disposable sheets that would not stay on the bed. They were itchy and hot. The breakfast bar was stripped by the time we got there. Best thing was breakfast bar coffee. Front desk was kind.

No hot water, no soap, no shampoo, and someone left an unpleasant surprise on the desk chair which obviously had not been cleaned. The front desk attendant was lovely, but uber busy with other clients.

Hotel room better than expected . Area not great but convenient walking distance to Old town. Underground parking a bit confusing and no lift access to hotel. Breakfast was good.

Hotel doesn’t have an own parking- you have to use a public one nearby - the main entrance is locked when leaving early (we tried to leave at 7:30am), the code wasn’t working so we had to walk around the multi-storey building and down 3 flights of stairs with suitcases - not really an accessible place. The hotel is very basic and not welcoming in the room to make you feel relaxed. Staff at the reception desk was nice , but the surroundings of the hotel and room were a sub- standard; would not recommend

Great location and good parking option.

Great location within minutes walk of the Amiens attractions. Easily accessible parking underneath the hotel. Personable and helpful staff in reception. Quiet and comfortable room.

Convenient location in the centre of Amiens. The room was disappointing. There was no kettle for hot water and the shower was cold.

Perfect for visiting the Christmas market

Could have been better. Heating didn’t work for the first night so we asked for a portable heater as it was so cold. Next morning lady said she had fixed it so we didn’t need to move rooms. However we had to keep using the portable heater. Room wasn’t cleaned on one of the days & we had to ask for clean towels.

Stayed here for one night. I do not recommend it. Reception staff member was friendly, but room was very small, overlooked a concrete wall, mattress very uncomfortable, shower terrible, both coffee machines broken at breakfast, walls thin.

Nice, clean, comfortable hotel in an excellent central location. Very quiet despite being in the middle of the city and there are a huge range of restaurants within an easy walk. Car parking in the Amiens 2 car park was directly under the hotel and was easy to access and very reasonably priced.

This is a hotel for Eskimos travelling alone. NO HEAT! Small uncomfortable room with few poorly located power outlets. No place to put a large suitcase. Very uncomfortable.

Typical overnight business accommodation, good breakfast, clean and tidy, efficient staff. Parking was hard to find - poorly signposted. For leisure it was fine for an overnight stay but I wouldn’t want to stay there longer.

Very mediocre hotel and not that cheap. They say it’s a free breakfast but change an extra €12 per person. So that’s the cost of the breakfast which is shockingly bad. Nothing left and poor quality. No jam. Over boiled eggs. Etc etc

The hotel is very close to the Cathedral, shopping and dining. The major snag was their credit card wouldn't accept our Visa for check in. It gave us considerable angst until we figured out it was their machine and not our card.

Hotel in great location. Staff were superb. Hotel needs work. Decor is dated. Tap loose and bathroom door creaking badly. Lift has seen better days.
