Restaurant meal options very limited for a resort title. Inconvenient at the time of stay as a lot of redevelopment was underway in the area & therefore options to eat elsewhere or have any entertainment options within walking distance were not available. The rooms seemed quite dated & not well set out compared with my most recent stays at other venues.

We loved the location right on the beach and it was more quiet than in Surfer's Paradise. The pool is big and it has a good vibe. We were staying over Easter and the waiting time for food was very long at times which we didn't understand. Overall, the staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay.

This is a truly lovely Resort. Have been coming here for well over 20years, it is looking a bit aged and needs touching up, back to being its stunning unique self. Always a pleasure

The hotel entrance was stunning and gave a great first impression, and the concierge was helpful at check-in. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. There was rubbish outside our room, and the fridge hadn’t been cleaned—old food inside made it smell terrible. My toddler also found food scraps under the bed, and the bedsheets looked like they hadn’t been changed. We even waited outside our room for 5–10 minutes thinking it was being cleaned, only to find no one was inside. The lagoon view room was pretty, but you can’t actually swim in the lagoon—it’s decorative only. The kids pool didn’t feel clean enough for our toddler to use either. The rooms and hallways felt very outdated and didn’t match the modern vibe of the entrance. Accessibility also seemed like an afterthought, with features not suited for pregnant guests or people with disabilities. On the bright side, the beach is right next door. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Our stay was beautiful, the service was amazing. The property does need an upgrade.

Our room looked out to the pool and ocean which were quite stunning. Everything in our room was as expected and we enjoyed immence peace and quiet. It was a wonderful get away.

I have been wanting to stay here since I was a in my twenties and I was not really impressed. For just over $500 for the night, it was disappointing. There was no soap in the shower container, no lift working so we had to use fire exits to get anywhere and a dodgy corridor to get to our car. If you have no lift working to gain access to the Northern side, then offer Valet. The property also needs maintenance and is stuck in the 80's. We loved the 80's ourselves, however someone needs to invest in this place if they want to charge what they are charging. Also the water fountain in the corridor had faulty sparkling water and just air coming out. This is a beautiful property, however it needs love and your service needs to meet the cost. No having a lift operational is not ideal and i do no know how long this has been for and it may be for a day or two. This is where breakfast comps come into play maybe....

Great pool, although not maintained and clean. Could be great, facilities need an upgrade or maintained. Broken umbrellas, ice machines, drink dispensers, can’t sit of some pool loungers as trees in the way, all pools were dirty or debris, very very limited resturant.

Still a great hotel with a brilliant buffet breakfast. The dinner restaurant has a great location overlooking the pool area and has a very tasty menu.
