Location is wonderful. Safe! Walking distance to restaurants and movie theater. Pool and hot tub need some TLC. Our room needs an attention given deep cleaning. Breakfast was run of the mill and bland.

Staff not around front desk many times.

Gross hotel. Greeted by cigarette butts and garbage. Loud music. Lobby area was riddled with pizza boxes and guys walking around with beers. Room smelled musty and the air conditioner was noisy and old. If you want the Motel-6 experience, this is your place.

Room had laminate on barn door held on by a bandaid! Shower facet had entire facet turn instead of just the handle. Room 428 Carpet in lobby and hallways needs to be updated. Looks dirty and old

Charging close to $200 a night for a room but you have a nonfunctioning computer and printer in your office area for your guests. Isn't Hampton Inn a national chain???

Great location and value…. Only negative was there was no fridge or microwave in my room as advertised… it wasn’t a big down fall…

Great Front Desk staff

A lot of road construction in the area of the hotel made it somewhat difficult to get around. Convenient to several good restaurants. Spacious room and bathroom. Could not get local news channels. Decent hot breakfast selections.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly. There was some road construction close to this hotel which had effected some of the businesses close by. I want to give a special shout out to Mr. Mike. He was working the kitchen and dining area. He went above and beyond to provide great service, waiting on everyone with a smile and a great attitude.

Stay here a lot, normally it is great. This trip maid service was bad. Maid came took hanging towels and did not replace them, along with floor mat. so had no towels to shower. also some items came up missing. replaceable, but should not have disappeared.

Horrible had to wait an hour for someone to come to front desk to check in the room they gave us smelled so bad it was already 3am all we wanted was to get some sleep
