The assigned room was very small compared to previous hotels of the same name. The breakfast area also was small and lacked enough food to serve the large number of guests being present.

Staff was very helpful when confronted with an issue. Promptly handled the situation and offered convenient alternatives.

Property was good but African woman at front desk is very rude and way to aggressive

air conditioner was loud and on its last leg, ice machines didn't work, luggage cart broken

Issues with housekeeping. They did not make the bed or bring towels but got the trash. Very odd.

The room was not clean. The bed cover had stains. Two of the hand towels did not look laundered. Something bit me while I was sleeping. No breakfast ready at 7 am. Do NOT recommend.

Business trip for 3 nights.

Wow This the 1st Holiday Inn we have stayed at that offered a room with smoke detector wires hanging from the ceiling. But best of all was the phone that had no cord to connect it to the wall and no wall outlet we could find. But on the bright side as the shower water was starting to warm up, our room ran completely out of hot water, so I was wide awake rinsing my hair and body in bone chilling water. I would have called down, but we had a phone, but it was not attached to anything We informed the desk about the phone and smoke alarm on day one, on day two both issues had not been addressed and on day to is when we found out that they save energy buy not heating a lot of water, so they don't waist power. I think the above is true as I have never not had NO hot water at 9:00 AM in any place inside the US ever.

Staff was top notch! Was my best stay this week for business so far.

Property was run down. Location was quiet abs clise to good restaurants.

You need more luggage carts. There was only one available for the entire hotel.

My niece bought a tuna pouch as a snack to tide her over night and got food poisoning. We came down for breakfast early and noticed that oatmeal pot was empty and when asked a staff member said the quota had met for the day and no more would be made. We stayed for 2 days on our second day our room was not made up or clean towels replacing used ones

Yes, they should change the daily menu. I stayed for 5 days and breakfast was the same every day.

It was good. The Xmas train was annoying. It was also annoying the front desk was not staffed at my arrival.

We just needed a get a way for a day. It was very comfortable. Had a great night's sleep!
