Friendly staff and convenient location

The breakfast is gross. Room was average

The carpet in the room was wet. There was someone running up & down the hallway several times. Lots of noise just outside of the room. Laundry carts

We had a great stay. Front desk staff very welcoming.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The property is dated but clean and well maintained. The breakfast was ok with a few choices.

Would not stay here again

Breakfast ends at 8:30 - really early Travellers. The only tv is on Ruko so only news or old shows however there is a card showing us all the channels on Access TV - seems pointless to me. Problems with the bathtub tap that I reported when we checked out - either housekeeping doesn't report issues or they are ignored.

Breakfast was ok. Coffee was horrible. Just light brown water. And when I asked for additional bedding they didn’t have any

Very clean rooms. Staff were amazing. Parking was terrific. Breakfast was good as well. Great for a grab and go.

Our toilet was slanted so much. The whole bathroom floor was also terribly slanted. There were bumps in the floor, a huge patch in the wall. There was toilet paper stuffed in the peephole with hair coming out. There was zero hot water for our showers. The breakfast was terrible - no juice, waffle maker wasn’t working, no coffee, eggs were very plastic tasting, hash browns were stale, sausages were cold. When we mentioned to the front desk staff, he seemed unaware of what to do and how to support or fix the issues. We travel a lot and this is one hotel we will not be returning too.
