Clean rooms, easy check in and check out thanks to the staff, and comfortable nights sleep ahead of a long flight. Shuttles to the airport terminal are available, but we didn’t bother as we didn’t have much baggage and it was only a ~10 minute walk from the hotel. Ask for cookies 😉

Great hotel friendly staff

The airport shuttle from the airport was not easy to find. When leaving, the staff did not advise that we had to be waiting at the curb outside — we waited just inside the door. At 4am, a bus came and went without even stopping, leaving about 6 people behind! When we raised the matter with the hotel desk staff, she suggested it was our own fault that the bus departed without us. It seems unlikely we would stay at this hotel again.

Excellent hotel and customer service was spot on - everyone so helpful and nice from the pool staff to the restuarant staff - we couldnt find fault anywhere! :-)

Clean room

Room was beautiful and well stocked. Suggest more decaf pods, though. Very quiet night’s sleep, and bus transfer was easy.

Lovely clean hotel, perfect for a nights stay before an early flight. There are gym and poll facilities tha I sadly didn’t have time to use. The only issue I have is the food, I’ve been to eat in the hotel twice before and first time was lovey, second time not as good

We found pretty well everything working very well and in excellent condition, but the one thing that I found in the morning, on using the shower, was a lack of a bath mat. This I found a bit disconcerting as it made having a shower a bit risky.

The spa was good we used it twice, however the steam room was out of order

Room was nice and spacious. Hotel is right next to the airport. Loved the complimentary cookie they gave me.

Large, clean, quiet room. Friendly staff. Great to have use of the pool.
