Staff and cleanliness of room were lovely, breakfast was nice and plenty of choice. The only negative was the parking charges, we were aware there would be charges and asked for the code, but still had to pay £25 for each car for one night stay. The manager did step in when we queried it, saying he will look into it, not sure if this is just lip service but we will see if we get anything back.

Reception staff were excellent in engaging conversations about my reason for stay. Went the extra mile to feel welcome & appreciated. Rooms were excellent & warm. Breakfast was excellent. Second visit & will book this hotel going forward. We really enjoyed everything. Thank you.

Tv not working,shower was filthy with hairs. Bed was really uncomfortable

This hotel was a little tired and the breakfast wasn’t as good as other Holiday Inn Express that I’ve stayed in but it was fine for 1 night

Very nice hotel but crazy additional cost to park the car. Ended up paying £25 to park the car for 1 night. If I had known this I would never have booked this hotel as loads of other choices with no car park charges.

We had an enjoyable stay before driving home to Glasgow after returning from Gran Canaria on a late flight. Staff were super friendly & accommodating, even allowing us a later checkout time in the morning to give us some extra rest after our flight had been delayed. Thank you so much for making us feel welcome & we would definitely return if flying to/from Birmingham again!

The hotel is clean and the staff were friendly. Good selection for breakfast. The rooms are a little dated but fine for a one night stay.

The room, reception lobby, restaurant were fine. Parking is poor as there were more cars and less parking space leaving no option but to park on grass verge

Very bad condition i have attached some pic of room there is big patch on blanket broken window damage glass i have explain to the reception but no one bother it even they didn't feel any sorry or something so my experience is very there....

Great hotel Very friendly and helpful

Absolutely fine. Bit noisy at night from other rooms, but that can't be helped other than thicker walls. Breakfast was included and surprisingly good.

Good dog friendly choice. Room large enough to accommodate us and the dog. Nice to be able to sit in the bar area and have dinner and breakfast with the dog without any fuss. Would use again when in the area.
