A front desk guy is rudely. I want to complain your employee, he being very rude to us. I need to use the toilet but he reaction is very rude. I visited USA so many time I did meet anyone being so rude like him. I'm most annoyed that I wasted my time taking with him but I thing he need to be training about how to give client service skills. They have a regulation if the guest wants to ask to keep the luggage in the hotel after the check out time, the guest have to pay $ 2 / luggage even for 1 or 2 hour only, this is my first time experience and the shower area too small.
