Smells bad really bad room door not working

Very good location for the price and lots of towels!

The reception by the check in clerk was underwhelming. Only was going to give me one key card and then it appeared I was asking her to go out of her way when I asked for one for my wife…no one to greet customers when they came 8n, had a note to dial 0. Breakfast was correct and a breakfast bar or oatmeal….i think the caliber of customer staying at the facility is driving the poor service.

A clean, comfortable, no-frills room for the value-minded traveler. EXCELLENT location...close to interstate and other critical highways.

The bed was a cheap bed and soooo uncomfortable! I could smell marijuana when passing rooms. It was definitely being used IN the rooms because no one was outside smoking. Uncarpeted floor. The room was cold and the heat wouldn’t stay set at what I put it at and would randomly turn off on me. I stayed at the same hotel 3 years ago and it’s definitely gone downhill. I won’t be back.

Location was good. We didnt get the room I booked. According to them expedia sent the roon information. I viewed their screen and they had. I booked a two bedroom and they sent a king bedroom.

It is my go to for convenience so I can’t complain.

The entire staff was very friendly. The Food and service was great.

only one way into property off very, very busy Monument Avenue. Traffic heavy day, night overnight. Ask for a room that does not face the roadway...LOTS of noisy Semi tractor trailers with squeaky, v loud air brakes. excellent morning coffee, hot chocolate. Fresh fruit would be a nice addition

I had to leave. There were ants all in the kitchen and stains on the bedding

Dirty, dirty, dirty. Sticky kitchen floor, stains everywhere, dirty bathroom, used toiletries. Garbage piled up outside, horrible smell.

Sticky floors, dirty walls, blood stained mattress, uncleaned bathroom and trash everywhere outside. And the “breakfast” was a bowl of nutrigrain bars or muffins. Coffee only available during breakfast and no coffee pots in the rooms. Awful experience

Advertised kitchen essentials for room. Nothing was there when we checked in went to the front desk couldnt get until 7am the next day. Next day went to get disnt have enough to go around. NEVER AGAIN!!! If you advertise it then it should be there. Breakfast was coffee and a few nutri grain bars and granola bars in the lobby right across from check in. No tables, just a bench for 2. HUGELY DISAPPOINTED
