Good enough, it does the job!

Breakfast was a joke. There was no coffee in the machine. The only creamer was artificially sweetened gunk. There were few sad granola bars and industrial muffins wrapped in plastic tossed on a table - nothing else. It is deceptive to advertise online that the room includes breakfast. It doesn't.

Great stay!

The hotel site showed roll in showers which is why i booked the place. It didn't have any roll in showers on site. The microwave was rusty on the inside. The floor of the bathtub looked gross. Worst still the mattress cover was stained in multiple places.

It was close to the Opry but we did have a rental car.

Check in was at 3. I arrived at 5 and still had to wait 45 minutes until my room was ready. Felt a little unsafe to leave my room at night.

pillows and towels were sub standard

Stayed just 1 night with my family on our pathway for the weekend. Did the job. Bathroom quality was underwhelming but it was clean and quiet and had no issues.

What do you expect for the price? No it’s not a luxury hotel no it’s not a resort…Yes the property is outdated yes the rooms needs a lil updating but my overall experience was nothing like the people who are leaving these bad reviews. I stayed one night for a wedding. We slept comfortably the receptionists (Sasha) was nice and even helped us out with finding things to do in the area… it wasn’t noisy no smell of marijuana actually our room smelled like it was just cleaned….overall we had a pleasant stay and will stay again if needed.

The check-in was my favorite part. The girl who worked the desk Friday and Sat (day shift) was outstanding. I wish I could remember her name.
