I have stayed here multiple times. I was charged one time for damage fees while the other time I wasn't. Also, my room smelled like straight up smoke.

The first week I was there,they kept propping the side door open and a homeless man came in and was sleeping in front of the laundry room showing his junk off.

Front desk misty was extremely rude and unprofessional!

My stay at the hotel was underwhelming. The room service was inconsistent, failing to show up daily, and basic amenities like coffee refills were neglected. Breakfast lacked variety, leaving much to be desired. Overall, the experience was mediocre, with missed opportunities for comfort and convenience.

Easy check in and check out, quiet at night. Clean rooms, nice clean pool area!

The location was really perfect for us. We were just passing through on a long trip and it was close to I70 and also in walking distance to many restaurants. The room was clean and large and the breakfast options were great.

The hotel itself looks well. But walking the hallways you could hear everything from every room. Our comforter had yellow stains on the bottom of it and if you dont like morning light they dont have black out curtains. I also asked for a extra pillow because the pillows are half the size of a regular one and they told me they couldnt help me with that.

Very old & outdated. The breakfast had no protein, all carbs.

Tons of shopping food around this area!

Sofa sleeper falling apart and very uncomfortable. Room 111 smelled like chlorine. Pool next to room

The room was really big, and the staff was nice. The price was good too. I will stay there again probably.

Stayed one night. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average with some decent selections. Hotel could use some deep cleaning and fresh paint. It wasn’t terrible but starting to show wear and tear. We had the two bedroom room with two king beds. We loved that option. The only major complaint is the room darkening curtains didn’t shut, only the inside sheer ones did. The parking lot light is very bright and shone right into the room. We used a hair clip to hold the curtains together and block out the light so we could go to sleep.

The room was dirty smelled like cigarette smoke woke up in the middle of the night with bites on my arms had to move to a different room.

Scrambled eggs were not good.

The front desk was very helpful and friendly. We were behind packing on the day to check out and we told the front desk we might need extra 30 minutes to 1 hr and they were okay with it without additional charges. We will come back for sure!

Property has gone downhill fast. Have stayed there for years and it seems like they stopped maintenance and only clean half as much as they should. Sad. It was a nice property a few years ago.

Pool was good, beds were very comfortable, nice kitchenette, but 3rd floor hallway smelled of cigarettes, an ok breakfast but not good, dirty Q tips found behind our bed and lots of dog feces on the lawn
