Clean, simple hotel. Front desk staff very helpful.

It was decent, but not super clean

Every team member was cordial and made us feel welcomed. From check-in (Allison) to the daily interaction (Theresa) to the breakfast host (can’t recall her name) oh and the breakfast top notch 😋👍

Not very friendly on check out. Poor information about pool availability. Not up to area standards. More worn than we are used to. Inflated ratings.

Overall perfect

this was our second stay. The first time was just one night. This time was 4 nights. Positive: Location, value, good breakfast, cleanliness. Negative: Service and housekeeping. Coffee was unstacked in room. There was a sign stating that "housekeeping would not come in until the 3rd night except upon request." So we requested it on the second morning of our 4 night stay. But we were told we couldn’t get any housekeeping that day - only fresh towels. When housekeeping did come in for our final day, the coffee and cups were not restocked. Upon our departure we decided to email the manager rather than leave a negative review, but he has not responded. We won't be back.

As a female solo traveler, I appreciate the well lit parking lot, safe area and attention to me as a solo traveler. Breakfast is always good!

This is a horrible place to stay

Front desk service was not very warm or welcoming. Overall rooms were spacious and clean. However the mini fridge leaked water all over the floor on my last night, and the ice machine was broken. Breakfast was mediocre, I skipped it after my first day. For the price, there are other hotels in the area!

The room was very nice, good size. When I checked in, Teresa at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
