Very professional staff, awesome breakfast, soft beds . easy access to downtown

It's an okay place and convienient to move around in downtown with good transit connections, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Centrally located on a quieter street. I stayed one night. Property is a little dated but the price was very good. The room was perfectly fine and well equipped. Quite spacious actually. The staff were very helpful during check-in as well as with a dining accommodation in the evening. Breakfast area was crowded but had good options. Better than most 'free' breakfasts. Lot's of parking and very affordable ($10 with in out privileges)

Rooms did not look clean, had to change my room after checking in. It was okay in the end.

I was happy staying there

This hotel was like a hotel you would see featured in a horror movie. Run down, grungy, dark, smelled weird and made all kinds of strange noises. Mistakes were made.

Location was good Staff very friendly But the breakfast waa not very good. The bacon (if you want to call it) didnt even taste like bacon, the eggs were cold. Not very much to choose from.

The room was clean and the staff very helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The location in downtown Edmonton was seedy and sadly the parking lot and foyer reflected that. The windows and pool area needed a serious cleaning.

The hit tub was nice and hot, the breakfast was exceptional and the staff were very welcoming

The front desk and the staff in general were really nice. The problem was the hotel itself. Too old and poorly maintained

The room was clean until you went to look out the window, and the window was very dirty. When looking out the window, the pool on the second floor was just outside our window, so we had to keep the curtains closed and the room dark. The windows in the lobby were very dirty as well, as if someone had taken a dirty rag and smeared the windows. The elevator was very dirty and needed to be vacuumed for some time. The staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent, with the normals. The TV did not work, could only turn on and off to a home screen, unable to watch anything. The other appliances, the microwave, lamp, and coffee/k-cup machine, did not work. On further investigation, they were all plugged into a desk power bar secured to the desk. But the desk power bar was plugged into itself, and none of them was actually plugged into a power source/wall outlet. There was no wall plug anywhere near this desk. To use the microwave, we had to move to another area, but nothing to put in it. The coffee machine was full of gross water, and a K-Cup was in the machine, with water in the cup, like it was ready to go, but my guess is it was like that for a long time by the looks of the water in the machine.

Found the breakfast to be sparingly. There was a large amount of people when we stayed and not a lot of food .

It was a budget friendly choice, but I wouldn't stay there again. Room furniture was old and past repair. Mattress was not great. Staff were friendly and helpful, no issues there.
