Overall it was good, breakfast was good, and the room was nice for the price, however there were some things in the room that were a little surpsing, this biggest ones were missing tiles in the bathroom, and no cover on the duvet (which was yellowing quite badly), and a few smaller things like thread-bare washcloths and most outlets not working. Other than that the staff is all incredibly kind and helpful, and the parking lot is convenient and easy to get into. They just need some updates and repairs.

The apple I picked up at the breakfast bar was rotten throughout .The lobby was very bare and uninviting.

There was extensive breakfast options. Scrambled eggs (didn't taste great), hashbrowns, bacon, toast, waffles along with the usual cold choices of yogurt, cereal, oranges. The cook was diligent in watching the area and keeping breakfast stocked quickly. Coffee, juice, good options for tea. Room was nice enough, beds were comfortable, sufficient water pressure in the shower despite the adjustable shower head. While the room was clean throughout, it could use a deep cleaning as the walls were a bit grey around doorjambs and light switches. Small gym, but functional to get a workout in when traveling. Didn't use the pool, but it looked inviting. Staff was great - friendly and helpful. Easily willing to give us a late checkout as they had the space. We'd stay again.

I enjoyed the breakfast, I love when they have a waffle maker! I felt for the staff as they dealt with a family who argued everything before our check in. But they were very friendly and helpful with us. The rooms were older and not the comfiest but not the worst! Average I would say.

Heating was not good

Breakfast was okay, they do not accommodate for lactose or dairy free options. Beds were clean but debris was still present on floors and drawers. Rooms, elevators, hotel is quite dated. Gym only is equipped with 3 machines in a very tight space.

Past its prime. Staff were good and rooms decently clean. Parking is easy enough and semi-secure. Breakfast was sub par, but had options. Coffee jugs appeared to need a clean. Hot tub jets barely worked. Beds were the firmest I've had in ages; I like it firm, but these caused loss of sleep. The attached pub appears nice; we went with a group of 5 and gave up after waiting for half hour for staff who never did acknowledge us.

Was a good place to stay clean rooms and comfy beds. Staff was friendly! Great location if one has to go to Royal Alex hospital.

No restaurant on site besides the 7-10am breakfast. Parking on site was nice. We opted for the Jacuzzi room and the room was absolutely massive. Pull out sofa, small dining table. The jacuzzi was in a completely different room and fit two of us comfortably, however, cleanliness was not a staple throughout the room. Stained carpets, unknown substances on the main room door, jacuzzi tap leaked the whole time. The bed was very comfortable. Took approximately 20 minutes to walk to Roger’s place, if that matters to a person.

AC didn’t work, no ventilation for hot tub couldn’t use it. Needs upgrades bad.

Beds were hard as a rock but stay was pleasant. Front desk staff were top notch!
