Great place to stay. Shuttle service to the airport is great

Good location and ok reception staff. Hotel seriously needs updating. Breakfast area and food was good. The cleaning staff was very nice!

Staff was great. Kind of musty, laundry area needs more ventilation. It’s really incredibly hot. Also could use another machine or two. But otherwise decent stay.

I enjoyed interfacing with the staff members working the front desk, transportation drivers, and the ladies handling the breakfast service area. The hallway carpet needs to be serviced better.

we had an event at the gaylord, this hotel was very coinvent , and the breakfast is always good .

The pool was fabulous and the staff was friendly and efficient!! The room was well kept and clean and exactly the way we like it. I wish the breakfast hours were posted somewhere it would've been helpful and the girl working there by herself seemed very overwhelmed and was running and running non stop she could've used some help.

My stay was very good breakfast was decent.I like that there were so much within walking distance and so close to the highway.will definitely stay here next time I'm staying in The Dallas area.
