Great location, staff is kind and helpful.

The new rooms are great and staff were wonderful but the cost was excessive given that certain amenities weren’t working or available at all times. For example, restaurants and room service were not available mid day and the sauna was out of service.

We have been going to fairmount treamblant for a long time. We love the renovations the new rooms the spa areas the staff at front from parking to front dest to pool to room services are amazing. We are looking forward to telling others how beautiful this hotel is and will be back soon.

This was our second time staying at the hotel. We were offered an upgrade ( for a fee) to the Gold Floor and we accepted. The Gold Floor was newly renovated and the room was wonderful. The upgrade allowed us to have breakfast in their lounge (very nice) and snacks and pastry later on in the day. Just wonderful! The heated pool was very nice as we pretty well had the pool to ourselves! The staff at Reception, the Valet Service and especially Michael and his staff on the Gold Floor were amazing! A wonderful stay!

Excellent hotel and a great Fairmont experience. One of the best options to stay in Mont-Tremblant. Very nice staff and a lit of things to do within the hotel and nearby. The buffet breakfast is very good.

Walls for the room were paper thin. Could hear a lot of loud noises and many loud family conversations from the halls and adjoining rooms. This made it hard to relax in the room.

Quick Easter getaway with my gf and dog. Staff very friendly with my dog. The pet fee is a bit of a negative on principle
