Great stay, upgraded room. Staff very helpful. Gold floor rooms have access to the lounge on the floor. Great snacks and wonderful drinks. Exceptional stay!

The rooms were nicely renovated and very clean. Bed was comfortable and the towels were of nice quality. Beautiful property.

The pool was full of screaming kids and the front desk staff were very confusing and slightly rude... Not the general fairmont experience.

Amazing room, amazing view, snooty blonde lady with a Slavic accent at check-in, Horrible, overpriced dinner in the Harvest Room restaurant... Their dinner was pretentious and overpriced, the waiter had bad breath.

I have been taking my winter staycation in Fairmont Macdonald for over 8 years now. Out of the 8 years, I have spent 5 years staying on Fairmont Gold floor. I have gotten to know quite a number of the staff up there. They go out of their way to make me feel at home. This year, there is a noticable change in the staff on the Gold Floor. I am getting to know new faces. Again, a totally enjoyable and very restful stay at a beautiful hotel. I will be back next year.

Great stay! Staff gave us an upgrade to our room, 2 glasses and cake for my husband’s 60th birthday! Such a kind gesture that made the day special.
