I love this hotel! This is our second time here and they don’t disappoint. My only problem this trip was in the description of the room. It advertises a private hot tub, which implies a tub that has the capability to heat water and maintain temperature. What is actually included is a small bathtub with hydrojets. In our experience, the hotel water was warm at best when we used this tub and the hydrojets were not usable (water went EVERYWHERE). In any case, we still had a great time and enjoyed the amazing views from our balcony.

We enjoyed our stay at Fiesta Americana in Veracruz because the facilities were clean and the staff was friendly. The beach was very clean and well monitored. The hotel in general is very beautiful.

I will continue to come here because I really loved the place. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The swimming pool was my favorite place to go too. The beds were so comfortable.

Reservamos porque son “pet friendly” pero cuando hicimos el check in nos dijeron que el perro no podia estar mas que en la habitacion y en la playa fue hasta que hablamos con el gerente que nos dejaron entrar a mas areas.

Stayed there a few times over the last year. Love the place. Totally worth it.

Bathroom was not clean. Windows made a lot of noise in a windy day. Couldn’t sleep because of noise.

A great deal of maintenance was occurring on the property during our visit, making it a bit awkward to move around or access some areas. Staff generally friendly, and property definitely felt sate.

My wife and I stayed for our 3 year wedding anniversary, and our overall stay was less than satisfactory, first we were given the wrong room, then we were moved to the correct room in which the A/C was not working properly it took them 2 days to figure out what the issue was. Secondly the pool staff spent more time talking to each other than servicing the pool area. Lastly which was the most annoying and inappropriate situation was the high pressure sales tactics they use to sell you a time share, I’m there to enjoy my vacation I don’t want to be sold anything. I would not stay there again.
