The room was immaculate, including the corners of the bath! Breakfast was limited to continental style, but coffee was hot and good to my tastes :-) The steep entry off busy street with heavy traffic was less than desirable, and i found that going out the back entrance was preferable. Staff was helpful when i asked

The two room keys failed midway during my stay and I had to go to front desk to fix it. Then the day I checked out I had to come back to room to get the rest of my stuff & room keys failed. Went to front desk and no one there. Waited 15 minutes then begged housekeeping to open my room so I could get my stuff and leave.

Super nice rooms, beds kind of hard, very nosey because we were right beside thr interstate. Over all, great place to stay.

Check in 1st room went to room HAIR all both beds and pee around the toilet! 2nd room BUGS in beds and more HAIR! Also Hair in shower and a hole in one of the sheet! So we left and they would not give money back! WOULD NOT STAY HERE!!!

The man at the reception has no customer service training whatsoever, he was rude and indifferent. We were given room 415 which has the window exterior pane broken and it was so noisy all night long.

The only issue was the elevator it worked sporadically

Nice place, staff was great, food was good (Basic), i would return to this hotel.

When we arrived into the hotel, we saw paint chipping on the walls of the lobby and the second elevator did not work. Once we got into the room, it had a musty smell and there were yellow stains on the sheets and the floor felt dirty. The bathroom shower had mold around it and the water pressure was terrible. The only thing we liked was the complimentary breakfast they provided. It was very delicious.

I called ahead to let them know it would be a late check in upon arriving everyone was very friendly and accommodating. In the morning breakfast was great they had waffles, fruit, cereal, coffee, all fresh and hot. We would stay there again.

What more can I say, LAST time staying here.

The place was nice for our stay. The breakfast offered several options. The beds were comfortable. The property looks renewed.

First of all, I would state that we would undoubtedly stay there again. Only complaint would be the electrical plugs on the nightstand between the two beds were wore out and needed to be replaced.

Looked brand new and had clean room, bed, and bathroom.

Car broke down on the way up. Closer to home so turned around. These people from the time I made the reservation, to the time I let them know was the most helpful, pleasent, were some of the best. Tried to get another room, but they are sold out, But will try again when I go back up.

The staff was very nice. Breakfast food ran out. Room was not very clean and dated. Elevator was dirty. Wouldn’t recommend!
