Very comfortable bed. Great sushi restaurant Didn’t have a view other than the sidewalk and road though. Friends were facing the other way and had a great view

We were on a layover on our way to Vancouver. We are a family of three and had a king room with a pullout couch. The room was very clean, bright and accommodated us well. We had a great sleep and appreciated that it was quiet.

Staff were so busy and unable to answer any questions. The front desk was empty 70% of the time we approached it. Couldn't use the breakfast vouchers we paid for as we were never given them. There is no breakfast area. Not worth the inflated price we paid for out stay.

I liked that they had a bathtub in the room, although it was old and uncomfortable

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Pool, gym, hot tub and sauna are well maintained and perfect. Sushi restaurant was fabulous. TV, water/tea/coffee and snack station in the lobby are a nice touch. Will stay again. Highly recommend.

Close to ice maker. Very noisy early morning when group of young people getting ready to leave and filling water bottles. Was told breakfast was served til 10:30am. Went at 10am and it was closing. Nothing left at buffet. Nice lady at restaurant offered to cook a breakfast that we could take to our room. Room was nice.

The property was very welcoming to pets. I intially had a kitchen and would have enjoyed cooking my meals there, however due to noisey neighbors in next room i switch rooms to a more quieter room designated for pets, and no kictenette. Which meant i had to leave the hotel to eat and take my dog and leave them in the car while i ate. I also had to give up my king bed for a Queen bed.. The only disadvantage of the hotel was the hot tub was being fixed and once operational was more on the cool side than what one would consider a hot tub temperature. The pool was also very cold. Room was clean well kept. Enjoy the fact that there was no carpet in the room. And lamenate floors. Made feel more modern.

Room was clean, it was extremely busy with visiting hockey teams, I think we would have booked else where if we had known, a little to much noise

The staff was courteous. Then we checked into our room, there were towels missing and a used wash cloth left hanging in the bathroom. We told the staff and they addressed this issue promptly. The door looked like it had been kicked in, as the door jam was loose and the door wouldnt lock properly. The room was clean and tidy. There was no breakfast offered, but there was a restaurant on site and the prices were high.
