Room was spacious, but some areas (one of two bathrooms) were a little old and in need of replacement.

Good property

First room smelt like smoke, second room was hot and smelly but settled for it because nothing else was available. There were smeared boogers on the wall next to the toilet paper holder, smeared mirror, broken tiles in the bathroom and pealing paint on the bathtub. Wasn't terrible but was toeing the line. We were charged for parking after we left and were never told we would be. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Property is very large with a courtyard connecting to more rooms, easy to get lost and the signs leading to elevators were misleading would walk down long hallways and still no elevator very hard to find. Staff tried to show me a map to get to my room, failed. Continental breakfast was good. Stairwell looks like haven’t been swept in weeks, furniture in room need updates, kitchen was missing small appliances, ex had a lid for sauce pan but no pan, no dish soap. Air conditioner sounds like a train coming.

As a traveling family man? This hotel for all our needs. Staff was friendly and kind. The hotel rooms were clean and exactly what you expect from staying at a Hilton. Facilities had everything that we needed. Breakfast in the morning was very good. It was a great stay. Would stay here again.

Room was big and spacious. There is a fair bit of wear that shows, but no major complaints at all. Size matters. Kids were running upstairs pretty late at night, could hear everything. Hopefully you won't need to use the pull out sofa bed. It hardly could qualify as a bed, as the mattress was like sliced cheese, thin and flimsy. The hotel has a decent breakfast and morning staff very friendly. The pool looks bright and clean too. I found the Business Center lacking in many ways however. Had some important documents to print, but no information at all, people are expected to figure this out on their own. There are no Ethernet cables or other cables to allow one to connect, and my laptop simply couldn't find a way to connect to the printer wirelessly. I asked for some assistance, and the best I got from the front desk was people figure it out and use it. I guess I'm the idiot haha Honestly, I could be, but a little bit of help to help this tech idiot would have been appreciated. All in all, a decent place for a larger family, as we had a two bedroom suite. But a few reasons why its hard to leave a 5 star rating.

Nice hotel.

We really liked that there was a separate bedroom from the living area. Had full kitchen and living room, which had we stayed longer we could have prepared our own meals. Breakfast was very good

Great stay!

Rooms are spacious, clean. But they seem to short of towels.

Overall very lovely hotel and close to everything. It had a certain smell to it like air wasn’t properly circulating in our room, one bathroom fan didn’t work and one of the doors was as broken. The breakfast wasn’t great. We did let staff know. Maintenance did come and resolve the issue with the fan but not the door.

Stuff arrogant and unfriendly. We asked for our room to be cleaned, and nothing was done. Rooms could use fresher bed sheets and a change of pillows.

Not bad,

Room had more amenities than we expected. There were no bath towels in the room when we arrived and a hat and box of qtips on the eating table which we assumed was from the last guest. The toilet also did not work properly. We had to open the tank and push the plug down. Complimentary breakfast was better than most and the location was convenient for us.

Dishwasher wasn't working. The faucet wasn't working properly.

The overall hotel is great. Easy parking and convenient location. The front desk staff could have been more positive, helpful, and speedy at checkin.

The room was very outdated and dirty.The sheets had stains on them. The toilet was so low to the ground. For the price I paid I expected a much nicer place .I would never stay there again

Outdated property in desperate need of an update. Staff are not rude but not very friendly versus other Hilton hotels I've stayed at. 1 elevator for the entire hotel, situated at one end of the hotel, what a horrible design. I'm traveling with elderly in their late 80s and at check in, front desk personnel with a nose ring, tells us the "best" way to get to our room, turns out they had to walk up the stairs. OMG.

Great staff and made our wedding night special for us.

Overall apperance upon entering looked great but upon further inspection the room riqued of cigarette smoke. I use a cpap machine at night ao this was very concerning. The carpet was soaking wet by the bathroom. Come to find out there was a leak coning from whenever you run the shower! There was an unknown substance smered on the front of the bathroom door as well as on the wall by the toilet. And the microwave didnt work, even after unplugging it and trying it again. Very disappointing experience
