Stopped in here for the night on our way to PCB. The place smells great, looks clean and inviting! Staff was super nice when checking in.

Jeffrey at check- in was very helpful and nice. Room was not very clean, desk and dresser had dirty sticky residue.

The first thing you see walking in is the lobby, so pretty and clean. Then the staff was on point!!! Friendly, helpful & knowledgeable about the area. The room is modern, clean, spacious and comfy only one thing is the toilet is super short as I'm 5'11" and hubby is 6'1". There's plenty lighting, outlets and mirrors in the room... There's a full BREAKFASTS, am a Chef and ive seem reviews about how nasty the food was, ALL LIES!!! Cereal, waffles, eggs, sausage, bagels, muffins, oatmeal and on and on. If you have an issue with all of that did that one person cooked you're just a complianer with nothing to be happy about. I was so grateful to see the full breakfast buffet, great job!!!! Only one issue no pool... Other than that I'll definitely be back : )

Horrible my wife was bitten in her sleep by bed bugs so bad we had to go to the hospital due to her ear and neck swelling from the bites.

I have been staying at the Hamilton Inn inn for about 4 years now. Traveling back and forth every 3 months from Tennessee to Louisiana so that makes eight stays a year but sometimes I travel more than that. If there is an event or something else I need to come to Tennessee for. I always stay there. It is very affordable. The staff is very friendly and professional and the rooms are nice and clean. They also have a nice breakfast buffet

I was given my keys and my room was still dirty when I arrived at 4:30 I had to wait in the lobby for over 2 hours with a toddler and there was no air conditioning in the lobby because there were no more room options

Checked in to a dirty room, remote didn't work in dirty room number 2.

Good location - Catholic Church down the block was great to attend mass - many restaurants and right off the interstate. Maintaining the hotel and repairing one of two elevators to have both working will be a challenge and need to improve ratings. Thanks for having breakfast.

Safe and quiet. Staff was super nice. Hotel needs updating. Didn’t have clean towels so had to find some from an empty room. Also toilet stopped up when got to room.

This is a very old Hampton Inn that has not been updated in looks like over 20+ years. Staff was very nice, but room was not the cleanest, hair in tub and sink and obviously taking advantage of people thinking they are staying at a Hampton Inn by naming the property Ham il ton Inn.

The door lock was super sticky, we could not get inn the first time. The TV was on and blaring the sound. We thought the room was occupied. We had to go back to the front desk to ask. They were not willing to help out, just "wiggle the door and lock to get in. We know about that room and lock." Dirty room and bathroom. No fresh towels, stained sheets and towels. No shower curtain, 1 almost empty toilet paper roll. Toilet was loose, paint spilled on the floor, dirty walls, parts missing from bed headboard, and furniture. Staff not willing to provide information, items missing, or change rooms. We asked for another room, or an explanation, but the second night just got canceled without any discussion? And a refund for the stay would appear on our credit card within 48 to 72 hours, including the $50 security deposit they took when we checked in.
