Outstanding staff; they are hotel's best asser. Great location, safe, near cathedral. My only recommendation is to ensure wifi efficiency in the rooms.

The AC was not working had to used a fan.

The A/C was not working everyday they told me we fixed it already but all the 4days we stayed there it did not work & no hot water, it was disappointing because I checked before reserving it that it what hot water & A/C, we where a group of 6 and the 3 rooms the A/C was not working very disappointing

Its always a nice hotel to stay

We have stayed here for years.

Water was cold, one day there was no water in our room at all, the towels and blankets were stained. I also saw a coakroach in the bathroom. The elevator broke down in our last day thankfully.

Hotel Fenix has a convenient location, very nice personal that makes you feel welcome 🤗 all the time

Gave wrong room , ac didn’t work, was given another room, but not the one I paid for, the ac again failed, toilet leaked floor flooded and didn’t fix, was a complete mess, only thing good was the location,

Great! Except for the brown water that came out of the hot water in the sink in the bathroom through our entire stay. Unless you used the cold water then it wasn't so brown. Never used the water there for any washing, or rinsing at all which was very inconvenient. No ice or water machine in the entire hotel. And seemed like an inconvenience for the restaurant within the hotel to give you some! Great facility though and views, and restaurant. Would not stay again though! One Guadalajara is way better and right up the street from Fenix.

My key cracked and they charged me $250 for a new one to get back in my room. It wasn’t lost. It cracked. This really bothered me considering price paid for 3 nights with them. Disappointed

Great location. Staff was wonderful. The bathroom really needs updating - really bad condition, leaks, etc. Didnt impact our stay, and was our only negative part of the stay. Overall very hood experience.
