Basic good value for the great location near Harrods.

Central London location just 2 blocks from Harrods and the Knightsbridge tube. Very quiet street. The Staff was wonderful. Room was nice but slightly worn furniture and carpet. Overall very good

Great hotel on the Thames River and steps away from Windsor Castle. Older hotel but decent size room and great bath and shower. Definitely worth staying here on your way in or out of Heathrow and touring Windsor Castle. You also get a good feel for an English village vs bustling London. Staff very pleasant. We only had breakfast and it was excellent as well as the beautiful view of the Thames from the dining room.

Very small room, no elevator. A bit old, not much breakfast offered. The location is great, though

pur 4 visit. the location amazing, the rooms quirky and oddly shaped. elevator tiny, this is a wonderful old hotel with all that that implies, if you're used to a Las Vegas style suite, this is not that. but the afternoon cream tea included in the fare is a lovely touch. t This place has a lot of heart and we love staying here.

What a great find thus was for us - central position just moments walk from Harrods in a no through road quiet street. Helpful and thoughtful reception team and a lovely room - really good value for money

I am at a loss to understand why this hotel is so expensive. It has no bar, no services to speak of, not even any ironing boards in the rooms. The worst thing for me was the absolutely abysmal state of the water pressure. Showering was an awkward soul-destroying affair. The corridors themselves felt like I needed Richard O’Brien excitedly leading the way through the warren of narrow passages. A disappointing stay in an upmarket area of London. There are better hotels on the same street.

Overall very impressed with the hotel and staff! Close to everything London has to offer, everything is very walkable. Highly recommended and will use this facility again next time!

Rooms are in need of renovations, the bed in my room had seen better days as the springs had obviously collapsed. Water pressure low in shower etc. However staff were efficient and very pleasant. Room was clean and hotel is very convenient.

Room very ran down, nothing like the pictures on the website, there was a loud intermittent noise in the bathroom throughout the night

Amazing location and cozy rooms! Check out rules can be a bit strict though as a fine will be charged if you do not check out by 11:30.
