The room was well sized and the bathroom was nice. The pool area was beautiful. Cocktails were not overly expensive. The spa had a hot tub and sauna that all hotel guest could use. The room had a balcony to look out over the city. I truly enjoyed this hotel

Excellent hotel in great location with nice spa

This hotel is excellent, perfect location for exploring in addition to comfortable, clean and a really excellent service. The rooms are comfortable, with plenty of amenities, and any request was serviced quickly. We ate breakfast in the hotel on one occasion which was also lovely. The pool area is just stunning, with life guard on patrol and great service at the bar. The pool is warm and the area really well kept.

A good place for a vacation. Excellent saunas, jacuzzi, swimming pool, and environment. Breakfast buffet was okay but not great. Walkable distance from the tourist center.

The hotel is well-positioned for those who want to explore Aix. The hotel has beautiful grounds (if it's sunny) and there is a gorgeous pool outdoors for those who like to lounge. Downside, poor service in the bar -- overwhelmed staff with insufficient staff to serve guests in a timely fashion. Makes it difficult if you are trying to be more casual and get a bite to eat or drink there. Skimpy on things like amenities to the skin and hair -- no hair conditioner in the room or in the spa. No body lotion in hotel room, so bring your own. My room had an empty soap dispenser, so especially irritating when I went to took a shower. Main hotel food menu (including room service) insufficient options for those don't want a heavy meal. Busload of tourists arrived in lobby and it felt suddenly very corporate. Great breakfast if you buy privileges.

This is truly a luxury facility wonderfully located at a quiet spot near the edge of the beautiful and walkable city of Aix. The hotel is well-designed and generously staffed with people who are always there to help. If it's available, the 20 euro breakfast buffet is a great bargain.

Stayed for one night. Comfortable beds. Nice location with easy walk to markets and restaurants. Great staff.

The hotel was great. The room was big and nice, everything was super clean, the staff very friendly, and breakfast was very complete. Parking was very easy, in a garage that’s like one block away from the hotel, and which you pay for at the reception when you check out. The spa was also very complete and very fun. Finally, the location is perfect. You can walk around the city and reach anywhere in a few minutes. Would definitely stay again.

Couldn’t use the spa was booked the 3 days I was there. Should the Hôtel gust have priority I think.

I wish we could have enjoyed more of the spa. The room was very nice and the staff was super helpful after our first activity was cancelled. The restaurant was great, super friendly staff.

our toom was lovely with a beautiful balcony, perfect for watching Aix sunsets. helpful staff provided is with direction and went the extra mile to communicate with our taxi drIver. i enjoyed my spa treatments
