I think the views from the balcony were great and the location. The building itself is just pretty old and everything is just outdated for the price, I guess. The location was also pretty decent. Our cleaning person was fantastic and one of the receptionist. However, my friend told me the older receptionist man was very mean to them.

The hotel was nice, perfect location beachfront, the staff were amazing the only complaint was the room were so outdated! We were on the 3rd floor and the room looked like from a 24hr motel. My friend had a room on the 7th floor and those were brand new! Beautiful rooms, night and day I would say. We didn’t complain about it we just made the best of it. But next time if I stay there I will request 7th floor or a way better room. FYI they charge for everything if you loose your key if you stain the sheets or towels which they were already lol. If you need and iron they lend it to you for only 2 hours. Other than that it was nice.

Older room but I don’t need fancy. Very clean and nice balcony. The staff is excellent.

The beds were hard as a rock. Also, there was no lamp in the room. You only had a small entry way light. There was space and outlets on the bedside tables. But no lamp so most of the room was dark at nigh because the entry way light was small

Hotel Delfin is a beautiful property with an excellent location. It is clean and very comfortable. Most important: the staff is friendly and responsive. They did everything to make our stay excellent.

The room was spacious and clean but very basic, Minimal furniture. No refrigerator which was a big disappointment. Very noisy. My room faced the busy street. And there was booming music from the pool area much of the day and all evening long until 11pm. The music might appeal to some people but not to people who go to bed early. Many guests seemed to be enjoying themselves. Another issue is that they would not permit my friend to enter and sit at the pool with me for a half hour without buying a day pass. It was ridiculous. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Absolute nightmare, the room I stayed in was beyond run down. The bath had painted over mold all over the ceiling. The mattress was the equivalent of sleeping on a carpet on the floor. Staff wouldnt let you bring in guests, which is absurd. Expedia this isn’t over.

It should have a mini/small fridge, wifi in the room (wifi is only available in the lobby area!)

A good value for the price. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the facility was clean and well maintained. The hotel’s beachfront location is a major plus, and it’s conveniently situated just a short walk from shopping and restaurants. The food was average but acceptable. One thing to note is that our rooms did not include a microwave or mini refrigerator, which may be important for some travelers.

Rooms could use an upgrade, however the room was very clean and daily serviced! The best thing about this hotel is its prime location! It is in the heart of la zona romantica and every place we wanted to go within a 15 min walking distance. Highly recommend staying here!

Spent 6 nights in 4 rooms with family for a wedding and had a great trip! Good clean rooms in a great location, staff was great to accommodate our needs. Pro tip, service and access is easier with the all inclusive option.
