Nice river view from the room. Since the hotel is located riverside, I just went out and had a jog (5km). The jogging course is well prepared, and I can tell this course is one of the best courses in Vietnam!

Location is quite good. However, its facilities are too old. For example: 1. The washbasin is old, and the water drains very slowly. We had to call a plumber to clear the drain. 2. The air in the room is slightly humid. 3. The room key card uses outdated technology and can easily become demagnetized when placed near a mobile phone. I had to change it because the key stopped working.

Spacious and airy apartments. Ample parking space. Easy access to surrounding areas.

I booked a room for two adults with one double bed. However, upon check-in, the receptionist said the booking app specified two beds. I refused, and they resolved the issue by putting two smaller beds together. Sleeping overnight was very uncomfortable due to the gap between them. I am very disappointed with this kind of business practice.

I arrived 2 hours early but the hotel still allowed early check-in. The room was nicer than in the photo. The view of the Huong River was very nice and easy to get around.

The staff is enthusiastic so I feel very good.

The hotel is located right in the center near the walking street, very convenient, behind is the poetic Huong River. The hotel must be old so it is a bit old. Probably suitable for the ancient style.

Too bad. The room smells, the soundproofing is bad so it's very noisy. The furniture is too old.

The facilities are quite old, the cleaning staff have bad attitude and are not friendly to guests. Never book here again.

The hotel is old and rundown. The towels and bed sheets are very old and dirty. I don't dare to wipe my hands with the towel. I can't sleep because the blanket smells of bleach because it's old and I keep using bleach. I asked the hotel manager to change everything. What a waste. I won't come back here for my next business trip. The staff's faces are weird... I asked the pool manager to lend me a towel to dry myself before returning to my room because I was afraid of splashing water on the way back, but he gave me the towel without saying anything and just looked at me with a glare. I don't understand if I went to Century Hotel wrongly or not...?!

Although the hotel is not too new, it is still clean, the support staff are very enthusiastic and cute, especially Ngan and Thi who assisted in checking in and checking out. Highly recommend.

I rented a motorbike at the front desk with a newspaper of 200,000 VND a day. After paying again, ask to pay an additional 30k for gas. The amount is not worth but affects the customer's trust
