Lovely comfortable hotel Technology not great but staff were helpful and lent us a dongle

Really lovely grounds with communal areas to sit around fire places. Sadly I had a very noisy room what sounded like it was above the back of house staff area so my first night had alot of noise travel into the room but it was quiet the second night. Very cold area and I stayed on a freezing night but thankful for the radiator heaters aswell as wall mounted heaters (only worked after filters cleaned)

Was a little disappointed that our room was not part of the lodge it was separate. Would’ve been good for Hotels.com to have that noted when we booked only because I wanted the heritage part of the building but didn’t get that experience was up very high on a hill and needed to use the car to get down to breakfast. Breakfast was unusual. The staff didn’t seem to know what was on the menu when I asked if it came with toast they didn’t know and didn’t even attempt to try and ask. There was no direction as to help yourself to tea or coffee etc.

Lovely property to stay at, would stay again

We just had a great and relaxing long weekend at Peppers Manor House. All of the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very comfortable and are bathrooms excellent. We dined at Katers Restaurant. The menu choices and food were very good. My only suggestions are to: 1. Up the breakfast options, including having a person to make coffees and 2. Keep up with the ongoing maintenance, such as refreshing some tired decor and paintwork in the fireplace room.

Staff very helpful and restaurant sreak & fish well cooked and presented Lovely newish waitress Lauren was great to meet and very helpful She will go places for sure

Beautiful grounds

All I can say it was "underwhelming". I expected more but everything was just that underwhelming.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here for 3 days. I can't fault a thing - the property is absolutely gorgeous to begin with, extremely well manitained with manicured gardens and bunnies about, the pool was so lovely and clean to swim in, the staff are extremt friendly, the rooms are large, very clean, with comfy beds and well serviced. We are definitely coming back again!!

Generous sized room in Garden block, asked for quiet room on upper floor which was ideal.

Old fashion resort with plenty of charm

Beautiful common areas to relax in with big fireplaces. Gardens and pool are wonderful. Rooms, particularly in the main building are a bit dated but def value for price
